I recently looked at and purchased a used vehicle from Bill Deluca Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Before I picked the car up they discovered a serious hidden problem with the engine and told me they could not sell me the car. They refunded me my deposit and the sales tax that I paid in a very timely manner. My agent, John M. was very kind and apologetic and treated me very respectfully. Classic bait & switch. At best I was naive, at worst, they were lying. Used CG to sort by 'best deal' and this dealer came up first at 24k. I called and was told that it could go up or down if I talked to a manager. So I came in with my wife, and we met a guy who wasn't a manager, but after the test drive, the price went from 24k to 27.5k. Now I'm sure there are disabled/veterans/who are members and/or employees of the National Realtor Society/ who have a 2019 lease, but I wasn't one of those, which raised the price by 2.5k.... read more

We always present our pricing with prices that EVERYONE qualifies for. In this instance it was a system glitch with our website provider and Car Gurus that happened for a 48 hour period. Best people ever met. They know how take care a customer
Great place no hassle bottom price truck was everything they said it was i went up 50 miles away and bought it had a few issues and they gave me a rental fixed them all and more within 2 days they're great
Dealer did not live up to expectations.....did not do what they said they would. Test drove a vehicle that needed new tires, I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle. Was told they would order and install tires and let me try it out. After repeated follow up calls and assurances it would be ready for me....they sold to another customer. Not a great experience. Ended up going elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.

Over all experience was good, Delt with Marwan Some tough negotiating, Didn't like the fact they were asking for a CC# to make it think I was serious about buying a car. I did my research online and went in knowing I wanted to buy a car. We got a deal we could all agree on. Love driving my charger it's a head turner, Not the original color I wanted but the mileage and price was good Everyone thinks it's brand new.
