The truck that i was looking at was for the most part as advertised, but for my trade they offered 14k on a truck that was worth 22k-26k therefore they lost my business, this was the fault of the manager, the salesmen seemed to be trying but the manager wasn't being reasonable what so ever.
Bill Deluca provided a wonderful experience. I found that this was the most up-front dealership out of MANY that I contacted. The salesman that we worked with (Larry) and the sales managers (Kevin and Moe) were extremely communicative, helpful, and professional. I would never normally say this for a car dealership, but the process through Bill Deluca was actually easy! I would recommend this dealership 1,000 times over.

They will be your best friend upon your entry to the showroom. Things change dramatically when they think they have a sale. Told salesman I was not ready to commit to purchase but did want to know what finance rate I would be given on car. I was crystal clear that I was not committing to buy. Salesman said he understood this. I fill out loan application salesman gives it to fiancé person. When I meet with finance person, he congratulates me on purchasing my new car.
