I love my new Cadillac XT 4! I found the exact vehicle I wanted and completed the “receive more info” box on website. Within minutes Braden phoned to discuss details of the car. Since I was going to drive from out of state to purchase the Cadillac, I had excellent communication with my dealer...even on Sunday, his day off! Salesman was rude and pushy. Basically told me in 20min of being there that there was absolutely no way to get me into the car I was looking for. Never even got a chance to see the vehicles I was looking at online. Left there and drove to Jeff Wyler in Batavia and was able to get a better deal on the same car with a lot better trim package and a cheaper payment. Will never be back to this dealership.
Had great experience a DeLord because of Ron Morris and Tim the friendly sales team. Ron so good teaching us about all the features of our new Enclave. Thank you
