Bill Brown Ford is the only place I will take my Toyota Prius and Subaru Outback. Their Quick lane service is great for all your needs. The body shop is excellent as well.
Steve Miller was my sales person and I cannot say enough how well I was treated. This was the first time I purchased a car on my own, as my husband had passed away. Steve made sure to explain everything and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. When my plates came in, he even put them on for me. That might seem little to someone else, but to a woman, it was appreciated. Steve went out of his way for me and I will highly recommend him to my friends.

The service at the Quick Lane or in the Service Department, now, and before the pandemic, has always been very positive. Mr. Dudek, my service manager, has been professional and has followed up on the few concerns I have had about my car. I have really appreciated the use of a loaner on the few occasions I have needed one. I have continued to purchase a Ford or Mercury throughout my car buying years. My Escape is absolutely the best. Thank you Rick Vaughn, sales, for helping me in its selection.
