Maybe our expectations were set too high, but we were quite disappointed overall. The extreme noise and excessive flies ruined what could have been a decent dinner. Our server was pleasant and attentive, but he couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear him. My wife got a chicken dish that she liked and I got lamb chops. I’ve never had lamb with less flavor. Deck is not open yet! No parking. Went early, not one spot. Food not so great. Thought we'd give them another chance. They need to up their game.
All the negative reviews are true. We had been patrons of the Bil-Mar for many years. We've always brought family and friends there to enjoy the view and food. After reading all the reviews I had to see for myself. On entering Notos at Bil-Mar you get a quick whiff of a fishy odor. Then there is the noise level. It's like being in a noisy cafeteria. The food is very expensive
Took forever to get waited on and food was okay. Prefer snug harbor over this. Also, Parking is very limited and it is very loud in the dinning area.
