INCREDIBLE scallops!! Flavorful, meaty and very well seasoned. I am so pleased with the beautiful view during sunset, the wine was great, service was amazing, Zack was so knowledgeable and accommodating. Honestly blown away by this addition to Grand Haven! We traveled over an hour to celebrate my birthday at the new Noto’s at the Bil Mar and we were not disappointed! We were greeted at our table by Juliana who explained the menu and the restaurant. Start by getting sun shades and tables up stairs when you send people upstairs to wait 4 tables?? Food nothing special and perch only 2 filets for dinner?? Sorry but no return for us!!
The food at Notos at the Bilmar is the same great quality that you get at Old World. Congratulations to the Notos on another great establishment!
Very disappointing! Food was mediocre at best and the service was extremely slow. I understand that there are growing pains with the new restaurant, however I cannot recommend.

I love to give a glowing review, but I can’t for Noto’s at the Bilmar. We are all disappointed. We did wait three weeks for them to get the kinks out. We had an extremely long wait, poor service, ridiculously small portions of poor quality food. When we finally left the restaurant after spending hours there, we were still hungry. You may want to eat a small meal before going. Again, we are very disappointed and wonder how long it will take before willing to give it another try.
Two hour an 30 minutes to get a table for 6, under staffed, my food was dry as though it had been under a heat lamp for an hour, and a 25 min wait for desert. Four and a half hours we spent on having dinner at Noto’s. Also the bathrooms were beyond nasty by the end of the night but this was due to understaffing.
