Already super bummer out!!!!! the website allowed me to make a reservation online for notos at the billmar, booked & got a confirmation number, 7 hours later a lady called from the Grand Rapids location letting me know something got mixed up and she was wondering if I was trying to book for gr or gh. As locals we were anxiously awaiting the opening of this restaurant! We ate there tonight and unfortunately were very disappointed in the service as well as the food. The atmosphere was great although the restaurant is very loud because of all the hard surfaces. It still offers a fantastic view of Lake MIchigan.
