Very good food. My only caveat is that it is exceptionally popular. Indoor dining was incredibly loud with everyone talking. Aim for an outside table! Or don’t go at the most popular hour.
Our waitress was so friendly and told us to take our time and enjoy the view. Perfect Anniversary dinner at Noto's.
