In Jennys defense, she just cant help herself. She is good at heart but her teaching style is militant and unpleasant to say the least, and she complements my practice. I drive to another Bikram studio which is twice the distance from my home where the envoronment is much more pleasant and loving.. Love is part of why I do Bikram in the first place. What I do get out Jennys style is perfection and the right way. Its good to push with a different intensity once in awhile. Jenny is not gentle, so if thats is what you want go e... read more

I agree with the masses. My experience was sheer hellish. I am a very calm/even-keeled person who just went to maintain fitness and state of mind. After a manic day at work in my profession the last thing I needed was to be spoken to abruptly. From the moment I walked in I was spoken to by Jennie/Owner as if I had done something wrong. Walking in somewhere for the first time is sometimes a little daunting and I was not helped at all. Honestly, I cannot stand the woman. Bikram yoga alpharetta is run by the most rude russian woman I have ever met. Every comment out of her mouth is snooty and sarcastic. True yoga instructors are for the most part kind, fun loving, and happy people. This woman obviously just teaches for the money. She doesnt let you drink water when you need it during class; she singles you out and embarrasses you if you dont know how to do the poses, even though all classes are beginner level. I agree with all the comments. I went to the WebbBridge Rd Alpharetta Bikram Yoga for a day and the instructor was very rude. I havent seen anyone this rude in my entire life. Yoga is synergy process between the mind, body and spirit and I strongly advice anyone from taking classes in this facility.
