Jenny is certifiably a sadistic, misguided woman who believes power can only be achieved through harsh intimidating methods. One day in class she stated she did not understand the meaning of nice . I have been in Jennys yoga class for three years. My friend recommended me to go there. They warned me that she was really strict, but they also told me that she only wanted you to do better in her class. She has her own way to motivate you to become better at yoga. I visited this studio for one session and left dizzy and dehydrated. The man in front of me was shirtless and was showering sweat all over as he moved. Water was not permitted and I was given a envelope of electrolyes as I left. I leaned against the building to get my bearings and then made it to my car.The instructor proudly said that the air temp in the room was 93 degrees. I was frighted by the way she called out others for flawed poses and was happy that she didnt know my name.I cant believe this place is still open.

The best word to describe my experience at Bikram Yoga in Alpharetta is revitalizing. At 55, I was looking for something to make me feel good about myself inside and out and Bikram Yoga is a perfect fit. Instead of my previous boring exercise programs, this is a "new way of life" that is both challenging and rewarding.
