Worst Yoga experience ever, You go to yoga to calm you mind and body, to feel good about yourself. From the point the class starts, the owner of the studio takes the control of the class. Keeps instructing the instructor, she herself does not know the poses correctly, but wants the beginners to be perfect.There is a good way of correcting, imparting discipline, respecting others rather than getting humiliated, intimidated. This was an awful experience, and I do not understand why anyone would ever return. Yoga instructor, Jenny Matusevich was vicious and insulting. Eager to learn and try the Bikram Yoga, I attended a late Sunday afternoon class. She reprimanded me numerous times, accusing me of being disobediant when I simply did not have the flexibility to stretch my body to the full potential she expected. I wanted to experinece the beauty of yoga . Instaed received very harsh treatment from the owner who is also an instructor .Rudeness and harsh reception ,just the day I wanted to get info about the studio and yoga practice, and the same rudeness continued the day went to start the class. Wow Im so glad i read these reviews because when I went to visit it was my first time and I just moved to the Alpharetta area, so i was somewhat late making it to the class, because I got lost. But the type of greeting I got when I walked in, yes i know i was late but still it was very rude and I just thought she was very rude and i never visited again. I wanted to do Bikram yoga but since reading these reviews I will not even attempt going back.
