The best word to describe my experience at Bikram Yoga in Alpharetta is revitalizing. At 55, I was looking for something to make me feel good about myself inside and out and Bikram Yoga is a perfect fit. Instead of my previous boring exercise programs, this is a "new way of life" that is both challenging and rewarding. Worst experience ever. Militant and mean-spirited instructor who fosters a toxic environment under the pretense of being a Bikram purist.
The owner is deplorable, and is tarnishing the name of Bikram. She does not allow people to drink any water whatsoever -- a health liability, yells at people in class and kicked me out because I didnt do the triangle pose to her liking and as a result, literally asked me to leave the premises, and I told her to call the police as she signed a contract with me by accepting my funds for the class. She would legally be in breach of contract.This is unbelievable and is a horror to the goodwill and incredible kindness I have been... read more

I Love yoga but guess what, if you go to the Alpharetta Bikram yoga, you might find yourself thinking otherwise. At first I thought they had an extremely rude receptionist! Turns out, shes the owner! I went for 5:30pm class the other day, entered the door at 5:26.... She told me I need to leave as I was late and was not allowed to take the class. I told her there was traffic on the main road and I reached the studio at exact 5:25....... But nooooo, She told me I was lying, there was no traffic and that i should leave!!! If y... read more
