I have taken over 500 classes over the years almost entirely in Berkeley and San Francisco, CA...I was even good enough to be put in the front of classes and demonstate postures. We moved to St. Louis and the only studio was over an hours drive away, basically we stopped classes for over 5 years, I got out of shape and broke my ankle very badly which set me back even more! This Alpharetta studio and its instructor are AWESOME!! If you take offense easily, need your ego stroked or have little tolerance for guided instructions then you should probably look for another studio. If you are someone who appreciates discipline, has the ability to listen to instructions, appreciates cleanliness (studio is spotless) and wants to learn the poses correctly this studio is for you. Absolutely amazing!!! Jenny is the best yoga instructor ever!!! She certainly did correct me but only because I was wrong, it is not only for the improvement of my personal practice but also so that I will not get injured in anyway. I am very thankful for her and her studio. The Better Business Bureau will only find an exceptional studio with top instructors. I am now taking my husband (who LOVES it) and will someday take our son. The negative reviews by others should be ignored and all should be here, at least 3 times per w... read more

Worst Yoga experience ever, You go to yoga to calm you mind and body, to feel good about yourself. From the point the class starts, the owner of the studio takes the control of the class. Keeps instructing the instructor, she herself does not know the poses correctly, but wants the beginners to be perfect.There is a good way of correcting, imparting discipline, respecting others rather than getting humiliated, intimidated.
