Awesome dealership with a great staff especially Carlo! They were the best!
We took our bike in for warranty work on ignition & radio 2 weeks ago. They still haven't ordered the ignition & now the radio doesn't work at all. They said we could take it as is for now & bring it back when the part comes in. Does that mean they'll keep it for 2 weeks again? Now it's worse then what it was when we dropped it off.
Bought a Fat Boy from Biker Bob. Worst experience I have ever had. I have had mistake after mistake with this purchase. Now after all of my issues with them the bike has a starting issue. I replaced the battery and still have a starting issue. I have only drove it 25 miles. All I can say is thank God I got the insurance.
Bought my new bike here yesterday. Absolutely superb staff! Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Can't Waite to attend some of the events and runs on my new bike!
