Words can't describe how much the service departments customer care has improved. Today I took my bike in and the whole morale was different. Everything about the attitudes of the employees. The way the atmosphere felt inside was like nothing I have experienced before. I'm very pleased with the visit and looking forward to coming back.

Went in to bikerbobs to buy myself a new Sportster the service was so amazing and the staff was so helpful that I ended up signing up my fiance for the Riders course and buying her a new Sportster as well great staff great atmosphere wonderful time thank you guys

Customer service was very disappointing, I called the service dept. and a nice woman answered the phone and, I asked when and if they could change the rear tire ( which I have ) on my sporty and she said I could bring it in to be done right now, I said I'll be there in 20 min . When I got there ( in exactly 20 min) they wanted to turn me away immediately stating no time for it, until I asked to speak to the manager ( which I hate to seem like "that Guy")and explain what I was told, then he agreed to change it! Brought my 2016 Road Glide Ultra in today for my 1000 mile service. WOW!! In and out on the same day!! Great service, great turn-around. Thank you Gunny, and thank you Ken in service.You can't beat that!

Sales person was great service is horrible almost a week and still dont have my bike bought a used bike had a bad brakelight switch was told as soon as i signed the papers it would be taken back for service but that never happend went in there yesturday and they couldn't even find my bike turns out it was put in their warehouse i just hope i dont have to make my first payment before i get a chance to ride it

My fiance bike was in the shop ,took 10 weeks to get it back. It was only a fender replacement. Easy fix. We get it back .now fender is lose. I will not step foot back in this store.

Took the new rider course left there more confident and more knowledgeable then i ever was the coaches Ashley, Shawn and john were awesome definitely was money well spent worth every cent if i could of gave it 10 stars i would of

Last year biker bob dry washed my CVO road king and put wax over all the bugs they wete doing all the bikes that way and the service manger is a looser little man that thinks hes cool. Cant beleive the ownership would have such a looser interacting with customers.
