Had ordered tires for shovelhead. The guy at the service desk order the wrong ones . Had to argue on the phone with them . Then I had to pay the difference for his mistakes. Not the only time they messed up. I went in for a battery and they gave the wrong one . Someone needs to retrain these yoyos one speek shovelhead at this shop. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't live 4hours away. I get the impression they dont know there job very well. NOT IN PRESSED WITH THIS SERVICE. there's other bike shops don't think I will go back .
Great Bike Shop. Ask for Scott Milks for a great deal and tour of the facility. Impressive operation.
Walked in walked around , nobody asked me if I needed anything , everybody standing around bullshiting , someone needs to open a dealer across the road , maybe when they start losing customers they will get their heads out their asses
Great selection of bikes! Staff very friendly and helpful! Eddie (sales) took time to educate me on the various models and options available and provided great one on one service to help me figure out the bike for me!
