Never ever would I buy or have my bike serviced there.
I went there too purchase a 2017 Soft tail Deluxe teal and white with white walls. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in. Eddie tried telling me I should buy the heritage I would get more for my money. My heart and I knew I wanted the DELUXE! The fiance dude Dave, " SIGH DOES SHE REALLY WANT THAT COLOR ". I want to give a "Shout Out" to the Service Dept @ Biker Bob's, I recently had an issue with my 2013 Road Glide and they went ABOVE and BEYOND for me, helping me to get back on my bike as quick as they could! I just graduated from the new rider course and it was phenomenal!!!!! Our coaches were beyond amazing. I couldn't be happier and I suggest everyone take this class before hitting the road. Even though I knew I could simply pass the easy test at Secretary of State... I never would have learned all of the life saving skills I now know like instinct. The staff is amazing in every department and I couldn't possibly have anything negative even if I wanted to!!
