Stopped in for the first time to check out the store and Scott S was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped find us bikes that are perfect for our needs. As someone who is new to the riding scene he was great to open my eyes to what lies ahead.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience in the riding class as well as the sales services. All around amazing crew. I couldn't be more grateful.
So one day I decided that I wanted to have a motorcycle and I heard that Harley Davidson was the best and also the riders academy was top notch. I was not disappointed at all every one treated you like family and made you feel at home. If I need anything you can count on me going to biker bobs for it.

Just went to look to c whats new, david aproched greeted me showed me around not even being a salesmen he was more like a friend and took his time showing me whats new and recomended bikes that were great for me for my style and confort, so guess WHAT!!! "Pearl", my 2009 Ultra Classic broke down on a ride. After waiting for a few hours for a towing service, I contacted Biker Bob's directly as the bike was going to them anyways. Miguel came and got it in a very timely manner and he was great. Feddy, at the Service Department was great to deal with. The bike had to stay overnight to get diagnosed as it was late in the day. Shout out to the service department, my bike's ignition broke on Sunday the 13th and I was leaving for Myrtle Beach bike week on the 19th and between Dave, Gunny and the Mechanic at Bikerbobs and Ann at customer service I got to leave Friday afternoon a little later then planned but they got the part that was 10-14 day wait and got it fixed. Thanks to everyone that worked to get it done.
