They dont honor there promotions that they email out. Bought a used bike in February and was supposed to be given a 1000$ credit towards parts. But Ace theyre top sales rep didnt put it in my file so therefore they don't have to honor it even with me having the flyer but that seemed "weird" and "strange" too them coming from there advertising department. Great day in the best biker store ever
I dropped my bike off for service took an hour to turn it in, no problem not bad considering. Didn't need bike for a week got it a week later, no problem considering, but when went to pick up bike waited 20 min to pay not bad but waiting 1 hr and 15 min to get bike from back building terrible. Worked all night was told 7 times it would be right out sorry last time trying to use you guys will take my bike some where else for service.
