I personally have not bought a bike, however I have bought other items in the store.I like Biker Bobs for many reasons. One is that they are close to the community with events and charities and the Motown Chapter. Second you cannot ask for dealer that goes so far out of their way to help their costumers. When my son passed away in Feb of 08, they washed and brought his bike to the funeral home for us. Now no one goes that far for their costumers, but Biker Bobs did!
