Most of them are friendly...been awhile but had more pressing issues but I'm back Nancy Acker is the best...
Sales was great,service I can't get a hold of service for a recall and 1000 mile service called 3 times and left voice mail 2 times, about to go somewhere else,
Did a great job on my 13 road glide. Hats off to Tink the kid at the service desk. Very attentive and kept me informed of the progress on my bike. Would definitely return to this dealership. Thanks Tink and the service techs for getting my bike done in a timely manner. Runs great!!!!!!

Incredible family oriented Harley-Davidson dealership that will help you realize your dreams of personal freedom! Also, every Saturday (all year round!) from 12pm - 3pm there is an open house with local live music & Detroit made food!

Today was a totally bad example of customer service.....the 3employees that arrived didn't put a lot if effort into the issue & in the end completely failed...we had to get service elsewhere....shame on you boys....you have a reputation to uphold....
Great and friendly service. They were willing to go above and beyond to help me months after I purchased my bike I would recommend them to anyone.
