Bikenetic is everything you want or expect from a bike shop, and then some. As soon as you open the door, the outgoing staff are in there wrenching on bikes, listening to music, and laughing. They greet you immediately and are willing to stop what they are doing to help, or sometimes just to chat bikes and riding in general. Great customer service is often to rare, but not at Bikenetic. Im loving my new Kona Process 134 more and more every time I ride it! Thanks guys

I've used many bike shops over the years and pretty much was disappointed with every one of them. Either the staff had an attitude, or the mechanics were not very good, or the place was just not very cool (Performance Bikes). Bikenetic is the complete opposite. First of all, it is a great place to hang out and talk bikes. The mechanics are top notch. They say what they are going to do, and then the do what the say. I highly recommend Bikenetic!
