This shop provides a level of customer service that just doesn't exist anywhere else. They are helpful, patient, professional, awesome!
I finally stopped by bikenetics last week. They were awesome. I brought my old mtb wheel with a new-to-me slick I'd gotten at Phoenix bikes which is really too old..... I brought it in in frustration with a problem I thought was because it was just a poorly made tire..... Brian fixed it and showed me what he did. I was ready to buy a new tire but he told me he thought the tire still has a little life in it. (No charge for the fix -- Now how common is that?) I really liked this place, nice staff, very informative, not at all pushy or attempting to upsell. I like the maintenance that comes with purchase, and will certainly be coming back.
I had a wonderful experience buying a bike last week from Bikenetic. It was my first new bike in 10 years and Helen was friendly and very patient with me making the process enjoyable. A most hearty recommendation!
You could not ask for a better Local Bike Shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff of cyclists. Their work is always spot on and have a great selection of bikes and accessories. The staff is involved in numerous local rides, races, charities, and improvements to anything involving local cycling.
They were courteous, fast, and affordable. Faster service than some larger local competitors.
