Can't say enough great things about this crew. Brought 3 bikes for servicing in at the end of the summer, they kept in touch throughout, calling me with what needed doing, advising on various options, not pushing for the most expensive ones, and doing a great job all round. Whereas some shops seem to only ever have one mechanic on duty, these guys all seem to know what they are talking about and are happy to help. Have been back since, and will continue.

The team at Bikenetic seem to have all been doing it for years. thorough overview of what may be ailing my bike and anyone seems to be able to offer depth of knowledge in anything bike - good pair of winter gloves, component questions, what would be the best options for commuting. Nice husband and wife, locally owned. Concerned about you, not what the corporate office thinks.
Outstanding crew of folk who are robustly involved in the local cycling community. Sponsor the best cyclocross team ever. Host local group rides. Engaged in the community, working with Bikes for the World and Phoenix Bikes. Oh yeah, and their service is great! Got a WONDERFUL Kona bike from them - with a few perplexing problems - that the staff obsessed on it until they fixed it. I think I have bought three bikes from Bikenetic by now and recommended just about everyone.
Everytime, all the time, these guys will get what you need, or what you need done, done, right the first time.
Simply the best bike shop around! Always go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. They carry some of the best bike brands too!
