I find Bikenetic indeed full service. I needed a replacement caliper for my mechanicl disc rear wheel Replacing the original was impossible and they recommended two replacements at two price points. So I opted (important - they give you the option) for the $65 dollar vs the $35 one and they had it installed within a few days, on time with the estimate. They know their stuff and are honest dealers.

Perhaps the best bike shop in the DMV. They will fix your bike if you are in have a problem on the W&OD. Their mechanics are the best—they are not out to sell you stuff.
