I’ve bought 3 new Tundra pickups and a Highlander from Bighorn. I recently brought my Tacoma in for a trade evaluation. I was told $6500. I had 2 other offers from other dealerships that ranged from $9200-$10,000. I showed them to my salesman. I was told to take my truck to Delta and sell it to a man I don’t know or never heard of. I was a long time loyal customer who has leased and purchased but cant say if I'll be back after today. It would have been nice to know in advance that my car was going to take 3hrs for an oil change. To then tell me I owe $300 for repairs to sensors that I did not authorize to fix then to have me walk back to finance to have maintenance aware that I have a warranty program that I pay for after maintenance treated me like I was trying to get out of it.
