I purchased a 19’ Tacoma a year ago from Rachelle and it has been a nightmare to deal with and they won’t do anything about my cargo rack that I purchased with the truck that doesn’t fit any cargo boxes on the market. For those military, law enforcement and other first responders. Be very careful utilizing this dealership. They pulled a bait and switch utilizing a special program through USAA (a military member bank) i was given a quote on a vehicle which i accepted. Unfortunately, the sales representative (Jim Jones) failed to exercise due diligence and underquoted the vehicle. Our vehicle was totaled in an accident on 3/25/2020 and we needed to get it replaced, which was a challenge midst covid-19 shutdowns. I found a car I liked on Car Gurus and emailed Bighorn for more information. Bought our Toyota Sienna last weekend after a year of searching and it was the best decision to purchase and finance it from Bighorn Toyota.
