8am service appt for 15k maintenance and a couple recalls on 24 Tacoma. Told in advance it's about a three hour job. They don't start until 2pm. Done 8+ hours after drop off. "we were busy." This location is definitely more concerned with sales volume than service quality.
Trevor Wade at Bighorn Toyota was amazing! I had a really bad experience with several other dealers and was feeling defeated. Thankfully I found my way to Bighorn and met Trevor who was a breathe of fresh air. Not only was he honest and kind, but he went above and beyond to make sure I got the RAV4 I wanted. He is a great communicator and always responded promptly. I can’t recommend him enough!
