I would work on your hiring process. Your employees are rude and very unprofessional. When customer service is your business you should be careful not to gossip about or bash anyone, every customer is equally important.
Best coffee in town! I was a loyal Dunkin drinker until I tried Biggby. Plus they have way more options and specialty drinks at a way better price. And the staff is nice. :)
