Was in Big Boar yesterday to photograph a few dishes and was then given the opportunity to enjoy them. Some mighty fine BBQ ... from some mighty fine people. If you love BBQ, go there!

The food is wonderful and the service is great. This is my favorite place for breakfast. Their hash is the best I've ever had. Nice that they open so early and have really good coffee. (A must for me in the morning.) It's only the distance that keeps me from going more often...which is sad, but good for keeping my diet on track :) (Not a breakfast food - I know - but they make the best coleslaw!!! I always wind up getting some to take home.)
Pretty good bbq, but the portions are ridiculously small for the prices they charge, especially the side dishes.
