A restaurant of high quality! The food us delicious. There have been times when my order took a while to come, but that was only because of how popular the place is! If you enjoy BBQ, stop by Big Boar!

We loved our pulled pork sandwiches and rack of ribs last weekend!
We had breakfast there for the first time. It was great! Good price, wonderful service, and blueberry pancakes to die for. We ordered different things and everyone was pleased. We will go back soon.

Just tried Big Boar BBQ in West Salem. The pulled pork was fantastic, really great -- everything else was meh to yuck. I didn't like any of the sauces -- no smoke or depth to them, only sugar. Also, the corn "muffin" was basically a yellow cupcake -- wayyyyyyyyyyyy too sweet and no evidence of corn flavor. But again, the pork -- yes, ma'am!

Thanks for trying our food, we believe the meat should be smoked not the sauces. You are correct that our corn muffins have yellow cake mix in them. My biggest problem is making them fast enough. please try our ribs and brisket without sauce. Thanks Jerry
