Went to the La Crosse location for lunch. I am a very picky meat eater so it was a risky choice for me.. but I got the pulled pork sandwich with a corn muffin and coleslaw. Meat was great, loved th sauce options with zesty being my favorite, muffin and butter were great but felt the coleslaw was lacking flavor.... only suggestion I would have is to install a changing table in the bathroom, changing my 1 month old son on the bathroom floor was the downfall to my visit.
Crushed a half rack of ribs with my fiancee, loved it. Seriously quality stuff, great without sauces, but the sauces are awesome too. Had the brisket philly a couple weeks ago that was awesome too. I will be back!
Went about 5:30 yesterday afternoon for dinner. I got the Pulled pork and brisket platter with Mac and cheese and jalapeño cheese curds. The sides were good, but the pulled pork was really salty and the brisket was bland/over cooked. Was disappointed in only getting one piece of bread to go with about 3 cups worth of meat. You get SO much food for a reasonable price. I LOVE the pulled pork sandwich! There was not a bit of fat or icky parts in the meat which is a HUGE plus for me. This place definitely blows Texas Roadhouse out of the water! I can't wait to go back.

We went to the LaCrosse location. We had heard great things. The sides were amazingly delicious but the meat was a huge disappointment! Both brisket and ribs were dry and tasted only of salt. The meat was seriously so salty it was like eating a salt lick. Ribs were jerky. Unpalatable. We hope that we just came on a bad day. Truly the worst bbq I have ever tasted.

First visit today. The instant we walked in the aroma was amazing. Thought it would be bigger inside, but on off hours would be very comfortable, cozy. The food was amazing! Pulled pork was huge and delicious. Fries were amazing, coleslaw even more amazing and the baked beans had a real kick! Brisket and Big Boar burger also very good. The only negative was the unhappy gal taking orders. No smile, no welcome, nothing... didn't even say hello... maybe she was having a rough day? Food was great though so we will return.
Absolutely delicious. Not an every dayer but a great date night binger. So glad there in LaCrosse too.
