Food was awesome, prices are NOT. Would definitely be 5 stars if the pricing wasn't so high. Especially the $3 for the "shot glass" of a side

The food was good. Finally some BBQ for our area. The price, on the other hand, is, in my honest opinion, a little high. The Brisket Philly sandwich was da bomb (OK, that is old and over used) and the 3 ribs were cooked perfectly, but the cost for the sides is what caught my attention. Even though they come with sides you have to pay extra.

Discovered this place at world's largest office party. Been to both the new place out in west Salem and to the trailer (first time this season) and let me tell you. I will be back again and again. Hands down the best pulled pork.
Only place to go for a brisket sammy. The food trailer is nice change of pace for the area.
Best smoked meat in the Midwest no contest. Make sure to try the boudin for breakfast!!
Awesome food! Ribs fall off the bone. Service was great! Whole family loved the food.
