I was very very fortunate to end up with Emliy Cartwright she is very knowledgeable not to mention a sweetheart!, she has a great personality and you can tell she works hard to help you. I have already been recommending her to my family and friends. no matter how many questions I had for her she alway had the answer and sometimes thats not always the case. I highly recommend her,if you are looking for a knowledgeable yet sweet person to represent you in your house hunting she get's five stars plus from us!

It was a wonderful experience dealing with Big bear real estate and especially Erin Lanza who was able to secure our first cabin up in Big Bear Lake. The negotiation was so skillful & we (my wife & I) were very happy to finalize the whole deal in a very timely manner. I would also like to mention here that Erin went over & beyond her scope of work as a realtor to find a good contractor (Mark Gains) to upgrade our little cottage. We could recommend Erin Lanza & Big Bear Real Estate any time.

Emily recently helped us with purchase of our first home. We were a little hesitant at first as we had fallen out of escrow on two other homes with another agent in the past. Emily we VERY accommodating to our schedules and ALWAYS had time to answer our many questions and was always very knowledgeable and professional.
