Our experience with Erin was First Rate all the way. From the beginning, we told her our price range and she never tried to up-sell us or take us to homes in less than desirable locations in order to meet that range. Due to a difficult appraiser this sale took longer than anyone would have liked it to take but Emily Cartwright never gave up and followed the sale through to closing.
