Tanya and Big Bear Real Estate really came through for us. She was excellent to work with and constantly went out of her way to make sure we were able to get the cabin we wanted. She helped guide us through negotiations from the initial offer, to renegotiating when things arose during the inspection process and then went above and beyond to personally take care of problems that arose during closing. Annette Contreras and her team are very reliable and professional. Annette went way out of her way and worked very hard to sell my Dad's home for our family. She had a plan and knew exactly what needed to be done. The home was listed and had hundreds of views and was shown and under contract the first day.
