I was a customer for ten years , never had a problem. First time I did have a problem with delivery or any matter. I was basically told that we appreciate your business but we can't and won't help you with your lost package deal with it . I gave this company 100% of my business, and they could care less when I said I am going else where after ten years.I was blown away, being a small business owner myself. Great products,terrible customer relations.
