Jenni from customer service seem to don't care about the problems with damaged goods. I ordered items from them and each time they came in they were always damaged. Driving to and back from post office to return is a waste of my time and resources. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I have been purchasing for a few years now from BBTS and it's always simple and customer friendly! I typically purchase Marvel Legends and their shipping options are many and affordable! Greatly appreciated for sure!
