I just received my first order (ever) from BBTS and its in great condition. I ordered the Captain America: Civil War wave 2 and they packed the Hasbro box in a bigger box with bubble wrap. Great Condition.
I was at the 2016 Botcon this weekend and bought MP Optimus prime, MP Hotrod, MP Bumblebee, and also got the three Seekers from the Combiner wars series. Was very pleased with the prices and the input from the guy helping me that helped me with choosing MP-10 or the Toysrus exclusive MP-10. Will continue to do business over the Internet with these guys. Thanks!
Horrible customer service, hope your item arrives perfectly or such a pain to deal with getting a return or exchange. Would suggest buying elsewhere if possible.
Hands down the first place I go looking for my toys and where I set up my preorders. They know what I buy and send me head's up on when something related to that genre is coming out. Everything comes shipped perfectly... and the one time I did have a problem (and it was related to the manufacturer not them) I got the best customer service you could ask for. Personal, fast, friendly.... you do not get customer service like that hardly anywhere anymore. I am loyal customer for life.
