Pre-ordered back in April (I believe), received an email saying product had arrived in the warehouse (May). Package went out on May 22 (Airmail) & received it today (1 week), it came in mint condition. However, I was charged w/ a duty fee (Canada), which you pay at the door & only complain I have is the conversion (USD-CDN $) Overall, everything was great I have no other major complaints & first time buyer. :)
I've ordered and preorder many times from bbts, and I've never had an issue..thibfs are easy to find,well priced and the pile of loot option is fantastic..customer service is akways just a click away and very helpful
