The "new" update to the site recently (June 2017) has turned the best online toy and collectible purchasing experience into an overly-difficult painful shopping experience. I've spent tens of thousands over the years here and apparently that's come to an end...
Big bad toy store used to be an awesome place to get collectibles from I was a avid buyer from them for years spent thousands of dollars at their store recently they change their policies to a four day payment. that's not even a week payment. Some people get paid every two weeks or even worse first and 15th of every month now their customer service is good there packing is good they have everything in a timely manner ..., now this! also I just found out today that I am not being notified that the item will be in stock in 10 ... read more
