A figure arrived damaged. I contacted BBTS and they took care of the situation and straight out sent a replacement. Before I knew it, the new figure arrived at my door. This is a company where customer satisfaction is a very high priority!
Still waiting for my parcel...almost 2 months and no customer support replying to my e-mails
