Love how everyone treats your animals like family and have awesome vets and staff!
We had a very sick momma cat (Yoda) about 4 days ago and they did everything they could to help her but unfortunately she was to sick and passed away. The staff is/was very friendly and even sent us a card after. Thank you all and we will definitely bring our other pets to you for check ups and anything else. Thanks again!!!

We have gone to Big Valley for over 25 years with golden retrievers Baron (14.5 years) and Zoey (10.2 years, adopted at age 2) and presently with English springer spaniel Samuel (10 months). Can't praise Dr. Potorti and his staff highly enough. They are all competent and caring for my dogs and me, too.
