Very compassionate people very patient with the animals and there can tell they Love they're job! They go over everything from top to bottom and answer any and all questions you have. Thank you for taking care of my Remington today
My kitten broke a candle and cut her leg up into the muscle while my family and I were camping at our cabin in Poe Valley State Park. We are from Maryland so didn't know where to go. I called a Vet office closer to our cabin but the office staff seemed quite inconvenienced by my call. When I called this office they were very nice and understanding and understood it may take us a while to get there because we didn't know where we were going. Melett and I just brought our boy home to rest with us, until we meet again. Big Valley Animal Hospital, along with Pet Memorial Services went above and beyond, taking care of all the arrangements, and honoring Patches remains. Dr. Potorti and his staff are so caring and compassionate. Thank You all for your Prayers and thoughts during this difficult time!
Great Vets and Staff very professional. We have 2 little Maltese, Banjo and Bubba and the staff are very helpful when you call with questions and if they can't give you an answer right away they always return your call in a timely manner.
They are kind and caring. Great place. Dr. P is super nice.
