I can't find enough words to praise Dr. Vicki for the fabulous care that she provided for my 16-year -old Yorkie. Her thoroughness and concern are to be applauded. Additionally, the staff at the front desk and the vet techs were a pleasure.
we had a scare this morning and when I called at 7am they didn't hesitate to see us right away.
Thank you BVAH for the kindness and compassion you showed to our family and especially our sweet little Dinah. You treated her with such respect and care. In addition to the care and compassion you showed towards Dinah, it was the little things like giving her a pink bandage with her IV, acknowledging that she was a girl that meant a lot. Dr. Potorti has created an amazing place of caring and compassion. The Big Valley Animal Hospital staff really take the time to make you feel that you’re welcome and part of something special. My “pup”, Buckley, was very relaxed and comfortable in the building. I dare say he was happy! The atmosphere was comforting for both Buckley and myself. Top notch! This was our first visit. My Golden retrievers, Thor was just recently diagnosed with Lyme disease, he was treated at this facility and his treatment was amazing , He’s on the road to recovery thanks to these wonderful people!
The doctors and staff treated my Buddy like he was a person. They are so caring and took wonderful care of him when he was diagnosed with lymes disease. Thank you all so much. You have me as a customer for LIFE! ❤️❤️❤️
