I’ve been taking my pets to Anthony since I was a kid and he had his office in his basement. He even treated a hamster for me once. Everyone there is wonderful.

Our beloved cat Cali was treated by Big Valley Animal Hospital for a chronic, recurring ear infection that finally necessitated the heart wrenching decision to euthanize her. All of the vets were great but we especially appreciated the care and compassion Dr. Potorti gave our gal during her last visit.

Very friendly staff, quick response to appointment requests, the building is beautiful and comfortable. The doctors listen and answer questions-very happy with my experiences overall.
Our precious cat was SHOT by our neighbor and after an Emergency vet visit, we were able to get him in to Big Valley on a Saturday morning for his leg amputation. The ER Vet was sure we'd have to wait until Tuesday because it was a holiday weekend, but we only had to wait a couple hours instead. Then, when the last few staples were coming out of his incision, I was sick thinking how much it was going to cost me to get fixed, but they looked at him, assured me he was fine and charged me nothing for the appt or any other follo... read more
