RecommendedI have to put this out there, I have seen the posts of ppl bashing Big Valley. I for one could not speak more highly of this place....Dr. Kristy I can't talk more highly about and how she has and does treat my Cruz....and I have had Cruz there on more than one visit. SHE HAS ALWAYS FOLLOWED UP WITH A CALL TO SEE HOW HE IS DOING... so, in my experience/opinion KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ALL ARE DOING...YOU ARE A GREAT GROUP AND I WOULD NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO TAKE CARE OF CRUZ
I take all 3 of my dearly beloved dogs here and absolutely love the entire staff. I have never had a single issue. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and my dogs get treated like they are one of their own.
Amazing staff!! Everyone that works here is super understanding, loving & caring. I personally work here as a Technician & I love my job. Wouldn’t want to work at any other clinic. 😊
I've used Big Valley before and loved them. However, last night I called in after hours 10pm for my goat who was down and sick. Called the emergency number thinking someone would answer, when no one did I tried checking around other places then called back again and left a message so I could talk to the vet on call. He gave me his very strong opinion which I might add was rude. GOOD SERVICE, FRIENDLY PEOPLE
My furbaby had a very bad reaction from medication given from another vet. I was told to go home and keep an eye on him. He got worse. We got in first thing the next day at Big Valley Animal Hospital for a second opinion. He was very sick and we nearly lost him. I am so thankful for the entire staff especially Dr. Nikki and her concern for him and her help nursing him back to health. He’s a gentle giant and was always afraid of the vet. Memorial day, a day for family and friends, your dog can't breath, you know it isn't good, you call the vet, she says come on in so you take off. She has to put him to sleep and Dr Kristi Potorti does it with caring, kindness and love, the same as they treat their living clients. I am in the medical field and this young woman showed more compassion then people doctors I have worked with. THANK YOU DR KRISTI.
Last week I took our cat Smokey to Big Valley Animal Hospital(Dr. Potorti). Smokey’s eyes were glazed over and filled with puss. Dr. Potorti immediately diagnosed it and took action with medication. This was after another vet told us that his eyes were scratched when we was a kitten and nothing could be done. Well after just one week Smokey’s eyes are 80-90% better!!...
