We made a reservation 4 days in advance for dinner on Saturday night. I left my name and phone number with the reservation. When we arrived on Saturday night after an hour and 15 minute drive, the restaurant was closed. They had no record of our reservation. We had to find somewhere else to eat. We are extremely disappointed with the hospitality and customer service. The woman at the front desk said the manager would call me about the mishap. I have yet to receive a phone call. All in all, completely disappointing.

Bought my parents the Easter special. Salmon, skirt steak,crab cakes, chicken wings, salad and fruit tart. They said it was amazing! Thank you so much for making their Easter dinner so special under our current situation.

We had a wonderful dinner of fresh salmon with an innovative risotto and amazing berry cobbler for dessert! The Chardonnay was the perfect accomplishment! The dining room is charming and staff attentive!

The waitress was very accommodating, she came outside frequently to check up on us. we are traveling with a dog, so eating inside was not possible, we sat under the umbrella at the table with a nice breeze. She even asked if we needed a bowl of water for the dog, we had that covered. i would recommend the Big Tree Inn for a nice lunch outside. By the time we left another table was also full with a family traveling with their dog. Thank You for accommodating families with canine members.
Wonderful dinner with my daughter who just finished her freshman year at Geneseo! So Proud!
Tevye is an Awsome bartender . Great drinks. perfect Manhattan was perfect.
