The unfriendly people do not bother me. I have an unlimited wash membership. What bothers me is that my car got scratched , and I went on your site to get some help, and didn’t get a single reply. I didn’t want to place this on here. Scratch on the front of my car went through the clear coat and paint, second one scuffed up the left driver door on my car. Please contact me I have videos and pictures. The car is literally brand new, first marks on it are all from your wash.
Terrible customer service, and my car didn’t even get clean. I will not be returning.
First time I tried the $7.00 dollar car wash. It was good. I like the free vacuum area.
First visit today, everyone was friendly and helpful with my questions and the place is state of art. My car looks great, however, the only thing that I was not thrilled with was how wet my car still was when I pulled into the Vacuum area, I had to come home and towel dry my car which I really didn't feel like doing after paying $16.00 but we'll definitely go back and I'll just bring a towel with me next time. Great Place.
