When I pay for a service I expected to used it as well. This’s the third time that I wash my car there and cannot use the vacuum just because people come through the street behind the carwash and just use the vacuum. You need to do something about thus situation, it’s unfair that People that are paying for a full service have to wait in a LONG LINE just because a person that doesn’t pay FOR ANY SERVICE finished using the vacuum!!!!!! It’s simply the best in Orlando and I have tried them all
I paid by an accident the second vehicle because I tought I could cancel the first one, after 30 minutes I tried to cancel and get refund, a woman on phone told me I could not get my money back, it makes no sense!!! I will NEVER go back to this place again. I DO NOT recommend you to go there. Isn’t it easy to make money that way? If you’re a bad business company, I’m sure you’ll lose a hundred customers. I’ll not remove my review until my problem is solved.
I’m only going to say “at the moment” no I don’t recommend this place because I do love coming here and believe with some maintenance updates it could be better. I got a Works car wash and afterwards pulled into the 2nd to last spot. I only needed to clear some trash and vacuum. The hoses!! Omg! The holes were falling apart, one barely had suction, one had holes in the tube!
