I used to work at this location and they really don't care about their employees I eventually had to quit because the refuse to pay anybody what they are worth all I asked for was a measly dollar an hour raise from 9 to 10 which is still below the average for a tire tech multiple companies start out at 12 just a horrible place all together I have seen and heard so many people tell me how bad this store is I don't recommened this store for any body employees or cuatomers

Worst service ever. Bought 4 brand new tires here, and countless other repairs/maintenance. I don't know why. My last visit ($800) repair was a joke. I've had them tell me I need new parts before based on mileage, when I had the part replaced the week before. So I'm assuming they replaced this part solely based on mileage, and didn't even look at the car. After taking my car back and requesting my car be fixed correctly, all I had was the 20 year old owner tell me he couldn't help me and "wasn't his problem". Spent way too m... read more
Went to big o tires today and got on oil change my car kept shaking when ever I pressed on the brake big o gave me an up date on my car and told me what I need to get done. I also had them rotate my tires and my car is moving so much better know and not so shaky. Thanks guys. They we're really friendly and gave good customer service.
Big O has always been the automobile service provider of my car!!! As of today they now take care of my truck! I have always felt like they treat me fair and are honest in there dealing!!! Thanks Big O for taking care of my car&truck!
Been brining my cars to Big O in American Fork for years. They have never jerked me around or screwed me over. Will continue to bring my vehicles for years to come.
